Cancellation Policy

By student: If you cannot attend a course, please provide notice of cancellation of the booking at least 24 hours prior to commencement date.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of your deposit.

By Right Brain Genius: Occasionally it is necessary for courses to be cancelled or rescheduled by Right Brain Genius. In this instance you will be notified by phone or email and if possible given alternative course dates. If those dates are not suitable a full refund will be given.
